Terms & Conditions of purchase

All goods sold at Better Bottles are sold as new and fault free items, unless otherwise stated. All products listed are in stock at the time of listing, yet we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders, should we discover inventory discrepancies or identify the last stock to be damaged.

 

Prices listed includes relevant sales tax for the geographical domain, (eg VAT is included in the prices at hemmabruket.com.au)

Privacy & Cookie Policy

We have founded Better Bottles on the fundamental principle of creating products that functions better in the everyday life of our customers.

In order to achieve our objective, we collect and save as much relevant information from our customers and visitors as we can. The better we understand our customers and the needs, the better we will become at providing relevant products.

 

Our primary information source is qualitative information that visitors provide, in the form of comments, ideas and questions in written form. We save and categorise this information to be able to review this feedback statistically.

 

We collate this information from various sources such as our web site, instagram, facebook, wechat and other social media together with comments left in our stores.

 

Other primary information which we keep is purchase and payment history, this is a practical need in order to know what our customers buy and order and where to deliver the goods. It is also important that we keep this information in order to process any possible refunds.

 

At times we run surveys and ask our customers to provide additional information about living situations, recreational activities, products and how they are used, this is information which we keep and review in order to create better and more relevant products for our customers.

 

Our website uses cookies and account sign in options, this give us the ability to recognise users on our website, track usage on the website and to provide a customised shopping experience since our webpage may recognise the user and preferences set.

 

All information collected automatically and provided by our customers and visitors are kept in databases that can be cross referenced, so that we better can understand and support our customers needs with relevant products.

 

We are happy to disclose what information we may have collected and stored in relation to yourself as an individual. Since we value your privacy and want to ensure we don't hand this information to a third party, we request that you email us at privacy@betterbottles.com with a copy of identification such as drivers licence or visit us in person to obtain an extract. The proof of identification will naturally not be stored by us, since it's not relevant in order to provide better products.

REFUND POLICY

REFUD POLICY

We want to make sure you are happy with the goods you purchase from Better Bottles, this is why we have a return policy over and above your statutory legal rights.

 

In addition to your legal rights, you have the right to change your mind about a purchase for up two weeks from purchase. The goods need to be returned by you in original condition and original packaging. You need to return it to the place of purchase unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.

 

The change of mind policy is in place to allow our customers to buy it as a gift for someone.

 

In addition to what statutory rights might say, all our products are guaranteed for domestic use. Unless the product has been abused or consumed, our goods are guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months unless stated longer at the time of purchase.

 

Should a product become damage during this guarantee period, we request that you, as a first step, photograph or video the issue of concern and email this to us at guarantees@betterbottles.com. Should emailing not be a feasible option, we ask that you bring the product back to the place of purchase.

 

In case of warranty claims we will first look to resolve the issue, by ensuring that customers can continue enjoying a fault free product with the same look and features, wether this is a repair, replacement or an upgrade. If this is not a viable option due to the product being discontinued or similar, we reserve the right to refund the purchase. We also reserve the right for the consumer to dispose of the product at times when it doesn't make environmental or economical sense to ship the goods back.
